Nice hat but for $189 you don’t shove a nice hat into a box smaller than the hat. This is a stiff straw hat that does not bend at all so reshaping it is not an option. It’s a shame because it’s a cute hat but I’m not going to accept a smashed hat for $189. Shop Bop should do better!
