This chair is well made, looks nice and comfortable. however the seat cushion leaves a little to be desired. It's hard and thin. after sitting for a while your butt begins to hurt. I'm not talking hours in the chair because it doesn't matter whet you're sitting on, if one sits too long you will get sore. Maybe 40 minutes. Also two snaps on the arm rest were crushed and unsnapable. but it doesn't matter because they are the two snap in the back on each side and it still works out fine. Not worth it for me to send the chair back. The front snap holds the arm rest on.

Great bang for your buck. We still use it after 3 yrs, either to sit in the room while fixing my son, or for grandma to rock a new born... has not broken down... very practical in my opinion. Some details that will help. Confortable: acceptable, let’s face it, it’s not the best and hence the price, otherwise either go pay at least 3x more, or simply buy extra cushion to save the money. I weight about 160lbs and never complained of it being overly uncomfortable, neither none of the other people rocking on it that may weight 30 - 40 lbs more. Comfort wise I can tell you I don’t need to pay extra. Can it break?: yes anything can break, specially if you try rocking in a direction not supported by the chair’s design, so use caution and common sense.... this is not a six flags machine!. If you have missing parts or don’t put it together well... it may also break since it was not designed to work with missing parts or not properly assembled. mine still looks and functions like new after 3 years.

What I like about this product 1. Easy to put together and yes I gave naomi a 5 star rating for this What i DONT LIKE about this product!!! 1. Received Chair with missing buttons so unable to attach right pad to arm rest 2. Comfort is something they omited in the design probably saving them money.... Probably the most uncomfortable and least desired place to sit in our house. 3. Noisy - figured out by putting most of body weight to left side would reduce noises helping baby fall asleep, but i am sure we will pay for in the long run with chiropractor bills. Starting to feel side effects to this and they are not pleasant. 3. 38 days into use (Shame on Me since past return date) springs in seat broke sending chair into grinding halt and completely unusable now. 4. Day 40, Tried to return to company and get money back explaining first 2 defects, since there was not enough room to add more issues as to why i wanted a return and was told no. Summary of Product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT This chair was definitely a huge disappointment. I understand they have a return policy, but SHAME ON YOU Naomi, for not recognizing that this huge disappointment chair is also a POS LEMON, and going out of your way to make this right. So all i am left with is my obligation to warn others. If you are like me, and don't want want to deal with purchasing a chair and having to fix the chair you purchased within the first 40 days then STAY AWAY from at least the NAOMI Brisbane Rocker/Glider Ottoman set. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY PS * In all FAIRNESS to NAOMI my only experience and now probably my last experience with NAOMI is for the product mentioned above. I have had no experience with any other NAOMI product which may have better reviews. PPS** I am also willing to change my review and my opinion of NAOMI, if NAOMI is willing to make this right and except this return. If this is a rare situation for NAOMI, then they could also make an exception for a rare post 30 day return. A chair should not be breaking to the point of becoming unusable in the first 45 days. The media could not be loaded. I really liked this chair and would've left a better review but the screws fell out of the cross supports underneath the chair one month into using it. When I went to look into getting a refund, naturally the refund days was- you guessed it: 30 days! My husband DIY fixed it by screwing in some much stronger screws through the frame and it's much more secure. Tacky, oh maybe, but it's better than having a broken chair And being out the money! In all reality, I do like it a lot. It rocks well, I like having the footrest, and personally prefer that is doesn't recline so there is less of a risk of accidently falling asleep. My husband calls it the coziest chair in the house and it makes the 3 AM feedings postpartum much more bearable.
