The watchband is very soft and comfortable, unlike some of the cheaper watch bands I have seen. The watch face is modern, simple, and easy to read. The crown does not dig into your wrist, and the watch face is not so large that bending one's wrist becomes uncomfortable. The movement is a Japanese Miyota which is what first drew me to this watch. I've had good results with these before; they usually last on average 8 years before they kick the bucket, maybe a decade if you're very lucky. I am tired of buying mediocre watches from name-brand companies and they don't last very long, and the crystals inevitably scratch after 3 years. At my age I don't want anything digital with a rubber bezel. This one is very cheap, looks decent, keeps good time, and will no doubt not last long (with luck, as long as the battery). Don't expect anything like real leather on the band, but that is a minor point and at least this band washes up well after gardening. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This affordable watch meets a minimalist and elegant consumer needs. After almost 2 years of using it at least once per week, it shows some wear signs and also a bit of corrosion in the back of the case body (see pictures) and in the crown, I guess is not fully covered against sweat or salt, but trust me I still wear this watch on a daily basis if needed because that is on the back and is not that noticeable. PROS: - Affordable - Minimalistic Design - Good Crystal CONS: - Got to replace original belt soon because it gets damaged with usage and sweat - Original Battery lasts about 1 year ... show more

This is a replacement for a similar watch that unfortunately stopped working. It looks good with a thin appearance. The real leather strap fits well and looks good. The Brigada line of watch’s looks like a reasonable priced winner!

The time is off after a few days, and I constantly have to set the time before wearing it. Sometimes, I end up being late for work, because I forgot to set the time. I threw both of my Brigada watches in the trash. I will NEVER buy another cheap watch with a second hand or mechanical parts. If the watch is cheap, it mush be electronic display. The watch is quite accurate, looks classical, and is comfortable to wear due to its light weight. On receipt, I washed it thoughly...no water penetration. Am currently using it instead of my new Rolex Datejust (due to lighter weight and less concern re getting robbed). Writing on the case indicates the watch is water resistant to 5 atmospheres, or approximately 50 meters, not 30 as indicated in the blurb. ... show more
