I'm really impressed with this piece. I'm happy that the inserts heat comes from infrared lights and not electric wires like the old ones. It really adds class to our TV area. I hope that everything works like it does now. I've had several stands similar to this one and the only thing can go bad is the thermostat or the fan. Hopefully this company can offer these items if they go bad. All in all I give this item a 5 star review

This is a very beautiful piece of furniture. This unit comes fully assembled, but the heater is inside in its own box for protection during shipping and you have to install it.. which was super simple with good instructions. It's well made and completely changed the look of our TV setup in the living room. The heater works great, puts out plenty of heat, and the led fire box looks pretty real too. The heater also has a thermostat so it turns on and off as needed. All in all I'm very impressed and it is totally worth the price.

So after waiting a pretty ample amount of time this item finally arrived. I picked this item as it was a gift and I was able to purchase a "higher priced", what I thought would last....(if you read the description it clearly states lasts years and can be even passed along to kids!). Well it came and shipping damage aside this is the cheapest material EVER! MASSIVE damage done in shipping is what I am guessing but it is completely unusable. It appears it was smashed on the right side and everything shifted towards the left....so everything is split and cracking. For the price tag I am so disappointed, gift or not this should have come made better than it was! However because it was a gift we will go through the process of getting it replaced but I don't want them to spend more money in replacing it with something else as I don't think we will get this any better than what it is. Very sad and disappointing please don't waste your money. I can say one thing the bottom slab is real wood everything else is the fake feeling wood....oh and left side door doesn't slide either now due to all the damage and right one is stuck shut!! Look elsewhere!! One pro it did come together....but that might be the issue too!

Sturdy, real wood, but paint could have been better. An acorn nut and washer were discovered missing when unboxing pre-assembled product. Better attention to detail in quality control needed.

It is a beautiful piece of furniture, and it exactly what we needed. It is solid wood, extremely sturdy and very well made (beautiful craftsmanship). I also had reached out to the company, Bridgevine Home, with a few questions. They were very responsive. It was 100% worth the money. We are extremely satisfied customers.
