  • The best choice for my bike.
They were for a Vulcan 2000cc which are huge tires both front and back but only a few companys make tires for them. With a limited selection of tires for my bike these were the best choice. I had Bridgestone Battleaxe tires which were the worst I have ever road on. The old one would make a howling sound at all speeds and even loader when you lean the bike over. It sounded like the wheel bearings were bad in the front. These tires dont do that and I have put about 3000 miles on the so far. ... show more

  • I will buy it again next time I need a tire.
I hear others say how great one tire rides or how great another tire corners but unless I'm comparing them side by side on the same bike on the same track on the same day, I doubt I could tell the difference! This Excedra Max is replacing the original Excedra. I got 11,000 out of the Excedra and expect to get more out of this one. It sends to be a good tire and I'll buy another when the time comes. ... show more

I put one of these on the back about a year earlier and if it is any indication I should get at least a couple 1000 miles more wear out of it than the non-Max tire. ... show more
