The media could not be loaded. I used to go to the gym before I had my son and lift heavy. As a new mom who breast feeds on demand I think this is the best product out there. I really want to get my body back and this helps. Setting everything up was easy, I got the 14 set piece set because of the price. I do already have resistance bands but again the price is so good I don't mind having a couple more and at different weights. I can do all the same workouts that I used to do at the gym on the smith machine. You have a lot of control to make your workouts as difficult or as easy at you want. I leave it set up so I can workout when I have free moment. Here's a clip you can see my back muscles working durning a lat pull down, using the red resistance band (15-35lbs) the bar ( bar comes as a 3 piece set but I didn't need that long so I only used 2) and the door anchor. if you are like me and dont really have any room for big hefty exercise equipment then this is a good alternative. takes up very little room and is fairly easy to install... unless you are short like me but even then its not very hard at all to install. they are also good quality bands and handles. good and fairly inexpensive exercise equipment that wont take up much room. ... show more
