Was looking forward to this collectors edition for a long while! Preorders ran out before release so I lost hope of ever getting it. Then, it came in stock a few weeks after release and I jumped on the chance of getting a copy. Was well worth the money and the wait! The art book included with this collectors edition is beautiful. It contains hundreds of pages of stunning artwork based on the Bravely series. While the art book is pleasing to the eyes, the Bravely Second soundtrack is music to my ears. The Soundtrack comes in a nice jewel case and if you're a fan of JRPG's, Bravely Seconds music is standard fair (Which in this case is a good thing). As seems to be the norm, mine also came through with some damage. The outer seal was also previously opened despite being listed as new, although everything was still inside and in the original wrap. It's not the end of the world, but it's still disappointing. That said, the product itself is great. The soundtrack is okay, but you're mainly getting this for the art book. It's quite large, and is a huge improvement over what was offered in the first game's CE. As for the game itself, there's not much to say. If you enjoyed Default, you'll enjoy Second as well. ... show more

"To be honest, this is your standard mill fair collector's edition. It isn't worth the amount people are trying to sell it for. If it would have come with a figurine then I would have given it a full 5 stars." This is the exact same thing I said for Bravely Default's collectors edition and it seems like square enix decided not to up the ante at all. The only thing that changed is that we didn't get AR cards and the artbook is much bigger than the last one. We still get a mini ost instead of the full ost which they will sell separately later on ... show more

Bravely Default and it's sequel Bravely Second are games that any self-respecting classic JRPG fan should play. If you like the Final Fantasy 6 and earlier games, these are a must have. Fantastic art, and a storyline written by Naotaka Hayashi of .5pb fame (Stein's:Gate, etc.). If you love the art, get the collectors edition. Included is a hardback, glossy, full colour artbook. Around 250 pages! One of the largest books I have ever seen included in a package. No contest at the current price of only $70. It's a steal. ... show more

    • Loving it as much as the first Bravely Default
I'm only two hours into the game and I'm loving as much as Bravely Default. It started off a bit slow for the first 10ish minutes but it picked up the pace afterwards. The characters are just as memorable and lovable as the first Bravely Default, maybe more so if you've played the first game. All in all, I highly recommend everyone to buy this game especially if you liked the first game. ... show more

The Bravely games are something else. Bravely Second reminded me of the best game in the Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy 9. The collectors edition is especially beautiful with some great perks. If you have the money to buy the collectors edition and you are a fan of the Bravely series then I would highly recommend buying it. ... show more

Game is an improvement from the first, though the package of course came damaged just like the bravely default collectors edition... Amazon just does not seem to like sending me non damaged collectors editions...

Fun expansion of the first game the new jobs are fun to use. Uses a lot of the assets from the first game. The art book that comes with it is awesome.
