My only complaint, and it is quite minor, is that it wobbles a bit in the charging stand. But honestly who cares, that really is a minor thing and matters little in real life. I love this shaver. I bought it 1 year ago. It's got lots of attachments though I generally use just 3 of them. It holds a charge well and it relatively easy to clean with either the supplied brush or rinsing it off with water. I like the case, but the attachment placements in it are not perfect. I knocked off 1 star due to the case plus the nose/ear attachment becoming quite noisy. I have oiled the attachment, which helped, but didn't completely quiet it down to how it sounded when new. Given the option, I would only knock off a 1/2 star which means I would give it 4.5 stars. ... show more

As several people have mentioned, the carry case, while physically pretty large isn't big enough to fit all the attachments and charging cord.. but I can leave out the hair cutting stuff cuz I'm not comfortable enough to cut my own hair. As far as performance, the shaver works great. I haven't noticed it getting exceptionally hot, and I've tried all the attachments except for the hair cutting ones and they all do their job well. The instruction sheet clearly says not to use this on your balls, but I used the body groomer attachment without any nicks or cuts down there. It works just as good as the manscaper that I have which is specifically made for that, and that thing has zipped me a more than few times. Now, it's not going going to shave down to nothing, I've always used a razor to finish up when I need it that tight. The only thing that I would recommend is to always make sure that the adjustable guard has fully snapped in place.. meaning turn the dial and make sure that thing is actually going up and down. Especially when you are first getting used to this thing, don't just assume that because you snapped it on that it's in place, even if it looks like it is. If it's not in place, turning the dial doesn't do anything and you'll end up digging a trench through your beard if you're not paying attention. Overall I really like this thing. I really like it. Plenty of power and battery life to do the job. Lots of accessory attachments that I probably won’t use but the heads that I have used are very precise and the micro height adjustment head is great. Comes with a nice case.
