Adorable product, I wouldn’t say it smells how I would describe bamboo and white tea, I was expecting more of a “clean” smell. It’s not a bad smell, just not what I was expecting. The reeds are nice, and the scent is the perfect level of “not strong, not weak” if that makes sense. Not only does this product smell amazing, but it fills up the room and remains super potent for a long time! It also acts as a pretty decor piece for the bathroom. My one complaint would be that the wood had some sort of stain on it, but it wasn't too noticeable. Overall, I would definitely purchase again.

I was very disappointed when I first got my order due to the fact it had broken and leaked ALL OVER the rest of my order, the poor mail man had to put it in a trash bag. The reached out and they did go ahead and send me another one but wanted this one back. I didn’t have a chance to get to a UPS store in time and they charge me for another one (not broken). But I have to say the scent is fantastic and had my carport smelling for a week!

The diffuser has a pretty scent you can smell when you first use the product, but that eventually fades over a few days. Before, I could smell it when walking by; now, I can't smell anything, despite the oil in the diffuser. I guess you get what you paid for.

I dropped this right out of the package and it broke. The liquid I managed to save was nice smelling. I put it in another jar to put out during the showing of my home for sale. I sold the house quickly.

I really liked the scent. Now I’ll see how it lasts. I haven’t had it very long but the scent is still strong. It needs to be in a small area I.e. a bathroom.

Aesthetically pretty, starting off scent was strong (but not overbearing), BUT be careful with packaging. Was originally received broken, customer service was responsive and I did receive another after they requested I return the broken merchandise (so make sure to keep it and not throw it away if that happens). The replacement was packaged a little better and minor leaking.
