These Bottom Markers are a good way to identify Byrna magazines for quick identification...I use the OEM black markers fro kinetics, red markers for pepper and blue markers for CS.

    • Handy, but a time waster if you do not pick the proper way to install it the first time you try.

It is helpful to those of us who would rarely use the weapon. When not traveling, I keep mine in a locked pistol case so this tells me quickly that the max projectiles are in the magazine. I should say that if you are taking a lot of time trying to insert this in the magazine, you should probably look to see if there is another way - there is, but it is less intuitive than you would think unless you are lucky in your first attempt.
