I recently acquired this tool to simplify the process of compressing the brake pistons on my Tundra, as demonstrated in a video I came across. It’s an excellent tool that should make it effortless to compress the pistons to the desired size. The tool’s size is versatile, accommodating both small Mr brakes and larger pads. It’s quite user-friendly and easy to remove. However, I can’t vouch for its durability since I recently purchased it. Nevertheless, considering its price, it’s an unbeatable deal. Although I haven’t had the opportunity to work on my brakes yet, I’m confident in its effectiveness. I’ll provide an update if it proves to be ineffective. Update: Today, I used this product, and as expected, it worked flawlessly. It was incredibly easy to use, and it successfully compressed the pistons on my truck without any issues. The front had a four piston caliper, while the rear had only one. I am delighted that I decided to give this a try.

I recently purchased this tool to replace a C-clamp, which is difficult and inconvenient to handle. The tool is far better than it appears in the pictures—it’s solid, big, and heavy, with a very nice finish. The extra external plates especially add great value and made the job much easier. With a C-clamp, I had to keep the old pad and struggle to get the work done, but this tool made the process simple and smooth. A true 5-star product.

It does work. It just doesn't work well. The extend plates fall off very easily. The selector lever doesn't move freely. Have to push the lever with something to get it to shift. And because the selector doesn't move until you have tension on the pads you have to hold the center to allow it to ratchet. And unlike the better ones it only threads out from one side. Keeping the handle against the caliper

This tool worked for me on the OEM front brake calipers on my 2019 F-150. Very easy to setup and use. It compresses the pistons back in flush, but just barely has enough travel movement to get it. I would prefer to have a little more travel so I’m not maxing out the tool, but it works and got the job done. Fits inside the caliper nicely and compressed both pistons simultaneously. I don’t know how durable it is, but I think it’ll last for me using this every so often. I don’t know if it’d be my go to option for a mechanic shop to use daily, maybe get a different brand for that. Quality is sufficient for a DIYer doing your own brakes at home.

it does exactly what it is intended to do, if you are like me you have been using a c clamp or something similar when compressing your calipers. this does that much better than a c clamp and distributes the pressure evenly. The metal is strong and it feels comfortable to use. Make the brake job easier and faster.
