Absolutely love this purse and I would have given it 5 stars but I hated the process I had to go through to receive it. It was not delivered on the day that I was told it was delivered. When I called Amazon support I was informed that the company hadn’t sent it out yet and it would not arrive until September at the earliest due to back orders. I informed Amazon that I would rather just go to the store and buy it if that was the case and asked them to cancel my order. Amazon support informed me that I could cancel without any issues since the company hadn’t even processed my order yet. About 15min after I got off the phone with Amazon I noticed the my cancellation was updated from canceled to the expected delivery date being less then 48hrs. I guess the company magically found the so called back ordered purse and managed to ship it out before the cancellation could go through. Normally, I would be petty and send it back due to them lying about the original delivery and for having to go through all of the trouble of contacting support. However, this purse is so cute it’s worth the trouble. So I’m going to keep it but please be cautious when buying from this company because they will lie to you when it comes to shipping and availability. If I could I would give the purse 5 stars and the company 0. O and it’s definitely smaller then the pictures advertised by the company but it looks much better in person as well. ... show more
