This is a beautiful bag, all quality, but I knocked off a star because the button is nearly impossible to get out of the hole and to also put in a new hole. I finally did it after picking it up and playing around with it for several days but screwdrivers, bamboo sticks and hours were spent on this. I could have taken it to a cobbler but such a hassle. It is otherwise too long to wear over the shoulder and not crossbody although I still can cross it perfectly and have it look good with shortening it to the next button hole, about 6 inches.
