This honey is a delicious blend of wildflower and clover honey from what I am tasting. I use it on yogurt, biscuits, and in my morning tea. I bought this honey several times. It’s outstanding taste. However, last jar was kept in my pantry in dark closet area of kitchen and crystallized too quickly. Each submerge in warm water brought the honey back for a few servings and then hard as a rock. Won’t buy again. This honey is delicious and you can tell in the rich flavor and color that this is of high quality. The kids and I eat this every morning on our yogurt. The spouts does have a rather larger hole than most so be sure not too pour too much at a time.
