I'm a repeat customer for this case, and love it. I purchased one of these for my iPad Mini 4, because I prefer to hold it 1 handed with full grip security. With this case you can hold a unit with one hand and feel as though its fully secure in your hand. That, and the case is a full device covering case. Which is fantastic for ensuring that your devices stay in good condition. Note 1 : These units come with a plastic film type screen protector that needs to be applied. I have never used the included screen protector, as I prefer tempered glass protectors. Also, unlike some of the hand strap units where the strap is made from a pleather type material, these cases have a strap made of foamy neoprene and velcro. So its much more comfortable, as it doesnt dig into your hand, and the velcro adjustment method makes is very easy to modify for a good fit. Note 2 : The iPad 5 Mini Just recently when I bought the updated model iPad Mini 5, the first thing I wanted was a really good case. Given how great this case has been for my Mini 4, I was REALLY hoping to use this with the Mini 5. I looked up the measurements for each unit, and they are nearly identical in size, width & depth. So I ordered another case. The only real difference that gets in the way between the two models is the up volume button on the 5. The up volume button sits in a place where the Mini 4's button doesnt, and this case has a small tab of hard plastic in that area. In order to make it compatible, press the tab outward with your full thumb, and the tab will snap off near the cases back plate. That makes room for the up volume button. If you get some tab remainder that rests too close to the button, CAREFULLY shave it down piece by piece with an exacto knife. ALWAYS cut away from yourself with a knife. I secured mine on the kitchen counter and just lightly shaved pieces off until the entire tab was gone. Lastly, the speaker holes on the Mini 5 are wider than the Mini 4. The existing cut outs on the case for the speakers allow the Mini 5's speakers to function, they just arent cut wide enough for all of its speaker holes. If you want the hard plastic cut out for all speaker holes, use a small pair of cheap diagonal cutting pliers (sometimes called diagonal wire cutting pliers or "Dykes") and cut from the inside tab that holds the hard plastic face plate on, down about flush with the area already cut out for the speaker holes. Then push the cut piece to break it like you did with the tab removed for the up volume button. This minor modification takes about 5 minutes, and you're all set. In general, due to this cases full device coverage, rubber and plastic construction and quality grip design -- its a GREAT case for the devices of young children, the elderly, or anyone thats a bit less sure about safely securing these expensive devices in their hands.

The media could not be loaded. Great case! This will definitely protect your mini iPad. I have a 5 series. I did add a glass protector to it as well abs could use the case with it no problem. The case works perfect to hold in your hand, stand it in portrait and landscape plus a lower landscape for a more comfortable height to type. I added a video to show how to remove the case. I could not find a “how to remove” video on YouTube so I had to make one myself since so many complained about that. Once you learn the trick it’s no problem. This case works in all the ways I mentioned. If you want to still put it in a stand it obviously does not lay flat so that might annoy you. However, after trying to different case just to lay it flat in a stand it’s no big deal. The other case is worthless. This case will keep it safe and you can use all the buttons with ease, it has a good grip and is soft to not damage your device.

Such a great little case for your iPad mini for both kids and adults. It kept ours looking like new. Makes it simple to carry along with you virtually anywhere. It also keeps it safe if it happens to fall on the floor. It was easy to put on. It also comes in a variety of colors and sizes to fit a large range of ipads. This is our go to case for our iPads and any time we gift one as well.

This case is great. Super sturdy, I love the hand strap and kickstand. It's held up to many falls, drops, and being banged around. The hand strap is great for making it easier for kiddos to hang on to, and the kickstand to prop it up seems more sturdy than many others I've seen. However, I wish the hand strap was removable. I'm going to have to look for something else. Two reasons: - The case won't work with most iPad backseat car mounts. The hand strap is too bulky to fit securely into the mount cradles that I prefer. Which I could work around by taking the case off for travel, except... - Removing the case is HARD. As in, I'm still trying to do it. That's a great thing to keep kids from removing it, but not something I can do frequently for road trips. Once I figure out how to get it off, I may still be able to use this case when we're not traveling. It would be 5 stars if it was something I could use in a mount. Back to the drawing board for a travel case, though.

It's a bit tricky to get on but just follow the directions provided. It's a great case that's endured lots of banging and dropping. I did order the tempered glass screen covers thankfully. My son dropped it face down on concrete. The screencover cracked and I thought the IPad did too! I was surprised if was just screen cover. The case did it's job and continues to. The straps are basic but very sturdy,adjustab!e and removable. My son wears it with no problems. If you need a good case at the right price get this one!

This is an excellent product. I was looking for very sturdy protection for an iPad mini used in audio production environment and this product delivered. It has a nice adjustable, rotating handle that allows the iPad to be fastened securely on one hand while you tinker with the screen with the other. This allows a much greater level of comfort, for example, when walking around with the device. Also has a handy stand so that it can be used on a desk. Be sure you learn how to correctly collapse the stand before attempting to do so. There is a little tab that must be pushed which was only clear to me on close inspection. Happily, I did not damage the case the first time I attempted this operation.
