Item arrived as described. Case seems well constructed. Strap seems sturdy enough, but is not something I would use. The free screen protector was impossible to apply without getting dust under it. After 30+ minutes of fristration, I gave up. I would prefer to have a built in screen protector like an Otter box or Griffin Survivor case. That said the hand strap and kickstand are very useful and I will be keeping the case. I think I will have a Zagg screen protector installed at BestBuy. Still cheaper than an OtterBox. UPDATE: 29 January 2019; screen was damaged while inside this case, and inside a computer bag. I dont even recall any sort of impact. Spent $100 to replace the screen. Now trying a different case. ... show more

Didnt take long before this broke and it's not even heavily used. The screen cover is junky and the stand broke very shortly after getting it and putting it on the iPad. *Edit: the company we purchased this from actually saw my review and offered a refund for the product. I think that was rather kind considering they don't have very many people who had trouble with their product. I would recommend this product simply for the good customer service backing it up. I bought this for my husband for work in the field on large construction sites. He’s in management & needs to walk large job sites with iPod in tow. His job requires that he frequently refers to blueprints, specs, quality control, & complete daily reports. The strap & hand grip/strap make all that possible (safely) without having to carry the iPod alone around a large construction site. He LOVES it & uses it all day/every day now. It’s well made, strong, & durable. He’s had a few coworkers ask for the link to order one as well. We also added a glass screen protector for extra insurance. That said, I cannot attest to the quality of the built in screen. I would’ve added the extra screen protector regardless of what environment the iPad was being used in.... Its way cheaper than replacing a screen. FYI - My husband has dropped his iPad several times with this case on it & the iPad has been unharmed! ... show more

My daughter needed a new Ipad cover. After lots of searching and review reading, I decided on this one. I like the added features of the hand holder on back and the strap for extra protection when little ones are carrying it. But, it does lack a cover the closes over the front of it, for protection when accidently dropped or to keep protected when not in use. I missed this part of the description when ordering, so I am searching for another cover (we have tile floor so a cover is a must in our house.) But, for someone with carpet flooring or doesn't mind full coverage of their ipad, this case works great and you will be very pleased with your purchase! ... show more

I highly suggest the purchase of this product.... make sure you have the right one... the ad on Amazon has which pads this fits..... OH one last thing... the stand thats built in sits your iPad at just the right angle, no matter if you use it horizontal or vertical.... YOU want and need one of these!!!! ... show more

I love the way the hand strap is adjustable in tension, orientation, and also how it is padded. It's really comfortable to use. The case is very sturdy and it looks like it would provide a high degree of protection in a fall. My order included a screen protector, but I didn't really like it. I ended up just removing the screen protector in the end, but the edges of the case are above the screen so I don't think a screen protector would be necessary in the case of a fall. The shoulder strap is well made, but I worry about the loops that it attaches to the case with tearing through the case after extended use, as the loops are only attached to the soft rubber(or possibly silicone) part of the case. For myself, I don't really need the shoulder strap, so I would give it five stars, but for those who would use it a lot, this could be a definite negative. ... show more

Love 💘 this case for my iPad Air 10.5". Its perfect. Exactly what I was searching for! I highly recommend it! After a long hard page by page search, I found this one. It is exactly what I need. I ordered the green/black case. It is sturdy and strong. Easy to install by following the instructions sheet included. I love 🥰 the strap, the hand swivel and the flip open and close dust protectors. Make sure you order the correct size or it won't accommodate the iPad properly. The sheet protector works well for my needs. I don't need the glass. The strap prevents me from dropping it accidentally. Also the hand slot is VERY handy‼️ ... show more
