This compression garment is A-m-a-z-i-n-g, amazing, amazing absolutely unbelieveable!!! All I can say is oh my goodness!!!! I really wasn't expecting much but I'm stunned! I took before and after pictures just to see if I would notice a difference-WOW! I sent the pictures to my sister and she's getting hers tomorrow as a rush order. If I could afford it I would buy these and give them away to my friends. It's like a girdle or support hose for your arms....genius, absolutely fabulous! I have used crutches for Cerebral Palsy for almost 40 years so my arms are very well developed in fact my left arm the top part is actually twice as big as the other side because it's my stronger arm. But now that I am middle-aged and over 55 I have bat wings the left side is twice as big as the right side. As a consequence I often have to buy my dresses one size up just to accommodate the sleeves. This garment is a game-changer. I took pictures of myself before and after I put it on and both of my arms were significantly smaller--- they looked the same size almost. It worked! The larger arm was small, it looked half the usual size or better. The smaller arm got smaller. With the garment on both arms look the same size unless you were really staring closely and you knew what they looked like before. There was no jiggle. The closure was comfortable. I got large to be sure it would fit both arms. The bigger arm was snug as I tried to put it on so I just rolled the sleeve up and then finished pulling it up properly until it was up were it needed to be, adjusted the closure hook to the first hook, positioned it comfortably on my shoulders as you would a bra or off the shoulder top and rolled the sleeves down. The sleeve edges have a nice neat lacey edge- I like that a lot. The garment feels comfortable but the fabric is sturdy not thin and cheap. I will get a lot of wear out of it. My only suggestion or request would be that it be available in a brown fabric for African American skin tones. Not sure how this would look under a light colored or sheer blouse even with the nude color. A brown garment would be better suited for brown skin and more useful when wearing light colored summer outfits. The black and nude color that you presently offer would show through and be too obvious. Also do you make anything like this for the stomach, hips, thighs and butt? If you don't ,you should. Even a long-line version of this arm compression garment since it already closes under the bottom of the bra would be good. Or a girdle type compression garment with the old style front hook closure and zipper that would come up to meet the closure of this arm garment-if that makes sense. Anyway, I never write reviews; usually if I like something I just rave about it to my sisters and friends, if I don't like something I am equally enthusiastic about sharing that information as well. But this is winner. I went on Amazon looking for a shrug to cover my big arms and this came up. So glad I read the reviews and looked at the before and after pictures. I used this for my arm liposuction surgery. This arm shaper fits well and feels comfortable to wear. It gives good support without being too tight. The material is soft and breathable, so I can wear it for longer periods. Works well under clothes.

I'm a 42 DDD, and purchased the 3X. The hem, which sits under the braline, is a little lose and the back a little too wide (too big), but the arm holes are a little tight. It's wearable and not too uncomfortable, but the lack of silicone lining to keep the bottom down means that it either folds over or rides up, displacing the bra. The arm holes are juuust tight enough that when I type all day-- which is my job-- my hands start to get a bit tingly due to the compression after a few hours. But if I keep my arms down more, as I do when not at work, it's not a problem. The upper arm compression is pretty fierce (I have pretty flabby arms, to be fair), but the forearm opening isn't too tight. It does what it says ans is worth the price, but it's the dream I had hoped it would be. ... show more

Ok so I got this product and I have the say, it is well made, meaning materials used and idea, but after wearing it for a few hours, I started to notice alot of pressure and pain under my armpit and also at the end of sleeves, the shape design is really great to be able to hook it under your bra, is great, but unfortunately I ended up with bruised arms after taking it off, I believe the idea and how it was made is absolutely an excellent idea, BUT it kept slipping of my shoulders that causes it to fall of my shoulders and start pressuring under my armpit, and the end of sleeves, the should of left it plain placing the ribbon we as a bad idea, I wish I could upload my pictures but, for some reason I can not upload pictures, of I go; n my search of a better made product, also take note I'm not to heavy and do not have too much loose skin, Im 5 7, 150 so you would have an idea of weight, some would say it was because I was heavy or had huge arms and no, that was not my case. I gave 3stars because of how well made it was, including quilify of materials, but I believe this can be made better. ... show more

I purchased this to replace a similar product from a (since defunct) store on the Shop app, and have not been disappointed! I tried out several other brands (from both Amazon, as well as storefronts on Shop) and found this to be head-and-shoulders above in terms of quality, stretchiness (though still a little unforgiving, so be sure to get the right size), and quality of material. It's (so far) sustained two months of regular use & washes, and shows no signs of fraying or tears. The under-arm/side shapewear control is very effective, and the material provides little showing through clothes worn over it. The sizing is true-to-size (based on my experience), though be aware that it (as mentioned above) somewhat unforgiving in stretchiness. The natural lift and 'push up' that it provides to your chest definitely makes the cleavage provided by a push-up bra more pronounced and eye-catching. All in all this was well worth the money, and I plan to purchase at least 2-3 more to keep in rotation to avoid wearing them out! ... show more

Am Xs small Got a size small for compression after arm liposuction comfy and breathable material but if your a true Xs small may not be enough compression I like how you style with clothing easily black since it looks more elegant I think I might get it in beige but not sure it will be as easy to style or match with tops but definitely recommend this product! ... show more

I like it and great quality,but runs very tight and small. Got it to wear under a sleeveless dress as I don't like to show my arms, and I wear size large and the XL was too tight. I understand it is a shape wear so runs tighter which is why i went a size up, but the front part that latches was really snug. Giving it another try as it really was the best one I found, but sizing up to XXL. ... show more
