I work behind a desk all day using a my computer for extended periods of time. I have tried to make my chair more comfortable for my back by adjusting it, adding pillows, etc to help support my bad back, but nothing worked. My lower back would start to hurt by midday and then my sciatic nerve would start throbbing. I got this support pillow with the hopes that it would at least prolong the sciatica until later in the day. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried this out! Instead of waiting for the pain before setting it up in my chair, I started out my day using it and I didn’t experience the pain like every other day! Every so often, I would lean back into the chair and pillow and relax for a second. The pressure of the support pillow worked to control and eliminate any pain as it started. I was thrilled with the results of this product. I have ben using it for over a week now and no problems! I have memory foam pillows and seat cushions, but one for my back is an absolute necessity. I love the way this feels and I got the best-looking color for the cover with blue. Chairs should be as soft as possible for us when sitting.

    • Works really well. Memory foam makes it super comfortable.
This isn't like other lumbar support devices. You can really feel the support because the memory foam is both substantial and flexible enough to conform to your body. Very good product. I use it even though my office chair has (weak) lumbar support.
