I'm not sure why everyone had a tough time assembling this. Don't fully tighten anything until the end (they supply a wrench and a ratchet, which was so helpful). Identify your pieces and separate them. There are 3 sizes of screws - it's not hard to figure that out either. I'll get a cover for it since I know these cushions take a while to dry if they get wet. Really happy with it; now summer needs to cool down so I can use it beyond 11am! ... show more

The product looks great once put together. But putting it together was a massive challenge! The parts are not labeled properly including the three size of nuts that come with the packing. It was a daunting task to figure and take me a while to put it together - a lot of guesstimate that got me there! ... show more

Let me start off with saying, you better love using an Allen wrench. I don't, so this was extremely frustrating. Not to mention, I had been putting together furniture all week because I had to furnish a whole house so I feel like I'm kind of above average when it comes to assembling this stuff. But this piece was the most irritating! Make sure you don't screw everything tight until after every piece is in place. I read the instructions and assumed it meant wait til after each step. Nope! If you do, you will assume the bar under the table is an inch too short. Or the other screws don't line up. So then you spend extra time untightening to retighten. And when there are bars in the way, you can only tighten a half turn with the Allen wrench so it takes a ridiculous amount of time putting this simple piece of furniture together. Then there is the issue of the dirty cushion that was sent. It kind of looks like mold, not sure. But when I contacted the seller I was told the cushion is out of stock and was only offered a $20 refund. Not sure if you've looked at cushion prices but they are more than $20. So now I have to try to find the correct size cushions and spend more money. If possible, find already assembled furniture. This was not worth the price. ... show more

Very nice sturdy firm cushions. Easy to put together. Directions are not the best. I wish they had a q r code. You can scan off the directions to can watch a video of assembly. The only downfall is a show the set in red and blue accent pillows. I wish you were able to choose what accent pillows you got I got red so I will be finding new blue ones.. make sure you tighten every screw and nuts ... show more

If you are looking for a small affordable patio set that doesn’t take a whole lot of room, this is recommended. I had a few issues with one leg longer than the other on the table and one missing screw but customer service was great. Thanks again.

Overall this appears to be a decent patio set. Cushions are not thin which is nice and table has tempered glass. Only gripe so far with respect to the set is that you can see the screws from the side, some do not go all the way in because of the thickness of the rattan so it doesn't necessarily sit right and because of this it would be nice if the nails were painted brown so it can blend in. Will see how the sofa feels over time. It also would have been nice to have an actual customer service number that is correct, called the number on the site and it was some guy's voice mail. ... show more

Lily at BPTD rectified my order, as I had a misplaced part and could not assemble the patio equipment. I was sent the missing part within a week as well as two extra cushions as apology. Lily also texted me to confirm receipt and satisfaction. Lily is great!

    • Nice outdoor set
Easy to assemble, reasonably comfortable, nice cushion material. However one thing to take into account is that the backs and arms of this set aren’t very high, I’m 5’9” and it hits me in the small of my back about waist high. Still a nice set for the price.
