My 8 year old son is into Cartoon Cat so we got this costume. He loves it and it fits well other than the eye holes, which seem too high for a child’s face. After cutting off some fabric from the bottom it was fine, but better placement and shape of the eye holes would improve this product.

My7 year old loves this costume. Its well made and very comfortable for him. My son is a small 7 year old so we got the 6/7 and it fits him perfectly. Although it looks tight when fully zipped up, the material is stretchy and he is able to run and jump comfortably. My son is 4 but he normally runs a size bigger in his clothes so I bought this in a larger size because I was unsure about how it would stretch if I bought his exact size. Even though it’s 2 sizes big it still fits him comfortably it doesn’t sag on him and is not overly large. I did have to cut the eyes open a little larger so that they were more comfortable for him, and the gloves of course were a bit big since I bought a bigger size but the draw string on them allowed him to wear them without them falling off. ... show more

The gloves are intended to be oversized to give the illusion of big, slender hands so no, the child's fingers will not be reaching the tips of the gloves, but the draw strings on the sides of them keep them very secure. I do see where some may need to cut out bigger eye holes as they do seem to be placed a tad bit high (and I seriously mwan a tad), but for us this was not the case. As for material it is nice and comfy. Looks a little thin but most definitely keeps some heat in! My 5 year old loves this costume, we ordered it yesterday and arrived next day shipping. It fits perfect and he loves it. We bought the size 5 6, he is 3 feet and 10 inches tall. I’m not into scary stuff but it actually looks cute on him. Happy son, happy mama.
