As a very small business owner, I value quality in my products and the way I package them. I have ordered boxes before from BOX USA and received good quality shipping boxes. The ones I just received (14x14x2 #MFL14142) have the name serial number/dimensions/prices from the ones I usually order, but the cardboard is much thinner. It's quite obvious and the box is flimsy. Is this a way for the manufacturer to cut its production costs at the expense of its customers OR were the machines defective? Less material and fewer layers of cardboard and the prices are the same... I am quite disappointed by this current shipment as these boxes will be used to pack very fragile items. One box is almost $2 a piece and comes in quantities of 50. Will not order again from this company unless they commit to make boxes the way they used to. ... show more

Boxes arrived wrapped very nicely (so I thought). After opening I found they were wrapped so tightly that it bent the tabs on the boxes and they wont stay assembled. Also 1/2 the boxes (25) were torn (not from shipping) on the top of the left side piece, making it look very unprofessional. I also found them difficult to assemble due to double creases in side flap instead of just one crease ... show more
