This came free with an exercise device. It is approximately correct most of the time, but sometimes it gets confused and the readings are way off. Power cycling it seems to fix that. I wouldn't pay money for it.

    • Don’t buy one
I bought one of these along with a max 8 trainer. The monitor is in accurate compared to either a Fitbit or a polar monitor. I’m attempting to return it to the company. Quality company this product is poor
