The media could not be loaded. The product came in two boxes. You WILL need an electric drill. All the parts in the boxes were dirty. The written instructions are borderline impossible to comprehend. Nothing is labeled and everything looks the same. There are plenty of parts that look similar but function differently and need to be placed specifically for proper function of the dresser, but the directions don’t even make an effort to tell you how things are supposed to be assembled for proper functioning. It’s along the lines of “you have 12 different rails that all face different directions and 3 different surfaces that you need to drill them too. Figure it out.” It took me about 4 hours to complete it. I almost finished it at one point, but once it came to putting the drawers in place, I realized all the rails were on wrong and the center support wall was upside down. If anything were labeled or if instructions gave better direction I wouldn’t have had to take it apart and restart. The end result does look good, the drawers are smooth, it is balanced and sturdy. The directions are terrible. Nothing is marked. It looks okay but borderline impossible to put together without pieces being marked.

I spent my whole day to figure out how to assemble. No parts are labeled. And the quality is low.
