if i could leave less than 1 star for this case & company, i absolutely would. the quality is terrible. the first day i got it, there were already loose threads hanging off the case that i had to cut off. i figured whatever, but then the elastic strap that’s supposed to hold the camera in place popped/broke on the first day of use. the stitching around the elastic is clearly not durable at all, & now the strap is basically falling apart less than 2 weeks in. i also emailed the company about the issue & never received a response, which made the whole experience even more frustrating & sketchy. if you’re going to sell a product, the least you can do is stand behind it when there’s an issue. weird. i’ve used camera cases from other brands before, including the “Supmay” brand here on Amazon & never had an issue. i honestly wish i had just bought that one again. the quality of this case is disappointing, the construction is poor, & the customer service is just as bad if not worse. i would not recommend this case & definitely would not buy it again!

This combo package—a hard travel case and a silicone camera cover—offers exactly what it promises: robust protection for the Canon SX740/SX730. However, it’s a classic case of sacrificing convenience for security, leading to a decidedly average overall experience.
