The media could not be loaded. Used it for the first time today and it was amazing! Fit perfectly well in our 11ft wide yard and still had room to walk behind it to setup the hose. My daughter had a little hesitation with the water at first because the pressure started out too strong, but we turned it down and she had a blast. 10/10!
