This product is great for home workouts which is exactly what I bought it for. However due to the weight of the overall package, my box was so damaged that it required to be placed in an additional box. When I opened the package the middle bar which connects both dumbbell sets was ripped on the end. Im planning to buy an additional pad to add to the middle section anyways so it’s not a big deal but if that wasn’t my plan I’d exchange it for sure! Just check all products when opening your package!

Overall the product is as advertised. The bars are soft material coated for easy handling. The weights are coated so they don't damage your floor. The dumbbells are easy to assemble. It all works very well. Nice set of weights and bars overall.

They're great! You can go light and work your way up or start at the heaviest! I love how it allows you to pick your own weight, and it really helps when doing different exercises/lifts! The only thing I recommend is probably getting some weight lifting gloves, other than that I'm sure you'll be happy with this!

I was looking to replace the cheap set of dumbbells I've been working with for about a decade and this seemed like a good option. When it actually came in, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the problems it had. 1) It came dirty. It looked as if there was a small pile of sand over the equipment. 2) The metric system was used. Admittedly, this is more preferential, but I would had liked it if my weights were printed in imperial units. 3) It felt cheap. Just holding the bar felt like it wouldn't be able to endure more than it was advertised. I'm sure the included weights wouldn't be a problem, but if you intend to put on more, I wouldn't trust it. 4) It smelled. This is a hard one to explain. It wasn't so much as a fresh package smell, but of all the packages I've ordered from Amazon so far, this one had a foul stench. It just felt wrong. Perhaps I was unfair in giving it a chance, but when the bar felt so fragile, it was hard for me to want to exercise with it unless I took it easy, which I won't. That being said, it may still serve its purpose for light activity, but if you're looking to build up on a budget, consider spending that extra cash instead.

Weights have been easy to use. / assemble. Only downside is they are all plastic. When trying to attach the accessory bars the weights will bend the bar, fall out, strip threads. Overall would not recommend placing these on a rack over you. Just use the dumbells separately don't attach them together.

Well, it is easy to use. Didn't come with directions because it is self explanatory. It's as described. My gripes with it are, like others have said, the screw on rings loosen. Not a big deal. In between sets and I just tighten them when they get loose. It's not metal, so I don't suggest standing or putting a lot of weight on it, or you could crack it You will get a forearm work out, just by screwing in the ridiculously long dumbbell pieces. Makes me not want to switch it to the bar for seats. Overall, they work. I lift them up and put them down.
