Purchased this for my husband, he has just reached his 40s and has started to become insecure about his aging body. This set gave us the best bang for our buck.. He absolutely loves them, nearly daily use over the past 2 months.. with significant results! The weight combinations that can be created are endless, since there are 4 / 2.8lb plates, 4/ 3.3lb plates, 4/ 4.4lb plates, and 4/ 5.5lb plates (making the increments with dumbbells and barbells more versatile then any other set I have seen on the market).. and allowing him to move up in weight more often, I do believe this has made an incredible difference with his muscle building and weight loss progress. Set up was easy and straightforward, the directions are user-friendly and easy to understand. Totally worth the price! This set is designed to last, he will get many many years of use out of it! Comes highly recommended!

Bought as a gift for my dad, who is working through PT and hoping to regain the muscle he’s lost over the years. Seem to be exactly what he was looking for! Easy to assemble/switch out the plates, not too bulky. The plastic is a little questionable, but feels like it will hold up well enough. Customer service was quick to respond to a problem we found when he opened on Christmas morning, so very happy with that as well!

I like this weight set because I am able to turn one set of weights into something I can dead lift, do presses, or just use as hand weights. I like that the weights are not metal - I have metal one and they give me calluses unless I wear gloves. The foam bar handles are comfortable and I haven't gotten any blisters on my palms yet. The weights are listed in KG instead of pounds - I just took to a conversion calculator on Google to figure out exactly how much weight was in each. I think, for the price, this set is excellent for a beginning weight trainer that has limited space for storage.

Very easy to assemble but sometimes the knobs come off at the end because they are plastic. Wanted to use barbels similar to what I used at the gym and this was perfect!

I bought these specifically for the reason that the weights can increase or decrease as needed. I live in a home with minimal storage space so I did not want nor have room for multiple sets. I also like that it came with a couple different bars that can connect the weight. Very pleased with purchase and would buy again.

The box literally came with just all the parts. No instructions were included to show how it can be put together so I’ll need to reference the photos. Also the weights only lost kg not lb so will have to google that too. Otherwise the bar is comfortable
