The box was slightly ripped open but the product inside was fine. The reason for the 1 star is because it did not come with the remote as pictured and written in the description. Also be aware that this product DOESN'T have an SD card input as written in the description. I was set on the SD card input so a USB Stick would not protrude out leading it to be broken off. I'm returning it immediately and did not even install on my pontoon. Also states return/refund can take up to 30 days after receiving. Pros: Arrived within 3 days of ordering. Showing the remote in the product picture is a pretty shady move. You know darn well it doesn't come with a remote, the user manual doesn't even show the kit with a remote as well as a remote not even being listed in the manual contents. The stereo works fine, your business practice doesn't.

Seen other reviews on here that people were saying the speakers were junk and don’t waste your money. But we installed this on our 99 suntracker pontoon to replace original ones. The system itself is easy to use. The speakers have amazing audio and can get loud enough to here over the boat motor. They have great bass too. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a upgrade, well worth the money and easy to install. Comes with everything you need including a radio cover. ... show more

Radio and speaker are great but item itself didn’t come with the remote control stated it would come with. Bluetooth works great but would have loved to have gotten the remote.
