The media could not be loaded. Update: I looked at my original packaging and realized the company extends a one year warranty on their mop and bucket system. Once I reached out to their customer service, and explained what happened, I was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I chose the latter because i loved this mop before it broke. One day earlier than expected, I received my replacement mop and bucket, and I’m so happy!! What I love: I love that, although when you get a mop you have to basically build you can feel the weakness in the stick but, this stick is sturdy. It doesn’t wobble in the joints. And the metal is firm, not flimsy. I love not having to bend over to wring anything out, and although I used to be biased against anything not a traditional cotton mop head, I don’t miss the random cotton braided stands all over the place after mopping. I love that I’m able to disinfect (most times with bleach) my floor without degrading the mop head. I love how effective it is at actually cleaning my floor without the extra weight of the wet “hair” slinging around behind it. It’s just a less strenuous job, yet still gets the job done. I’m a stickler for a clean floor, so I also love the fact that the mop pads can be swapped out and washed/disinfected as needed. So while one is dirty, I can just use another clean one. I love that the wringer not only extracts water, but also scrapes off any dust and debris that gets stuck to the mop pad. And that even when full, the bucket isn’t super heavy, so even on my floor’s deep cleaning days, I can easily empty my dirty water and refill with clean to mop a second time. The only thing I wish were different was if the dirty water went to a separate chamber, and not back into the clean soapy water. FYI: the lid does pop off and on fairly easily, so you can rinse everything out and off when you’re done. Original: Ironically the mop is sturdy, but the mop head broke at the hinge while I was using it. Before that, I absolutely loved this set, I'm disappointed that it snapped on me. I originally gave it 3 stars, but it’s back to 5 based on everything. ... show more

You Seriously Need this…I can’t begin to tell you how convenient this mop and bucket is. I use it everyday. I don’t think I’ve mopped this much in my life. First off: The bucket has 2 sides to it. The water side and the “squeegee” side. The mop side: wets and soaps up the mop while cleaning it at the same time. You get a clean mop every time you pull it out of the bucket. The “squeegee” side: Squeezes the excess water out of the mop. You get a mop (just wet and soapy enough) every time you pull the mop out of the bucket. It comes with (3) reusable mop pads that can be washed. The mop is also shaped to fit in square corners and gets behind the toilet. The set comes with (3) washable and reusable mop pads. This is really a game changer. No more buying expensive swifter mop cloths. A complete waste of money with how many times you have to change them just to clean a floor. Goodbye Swifter! ... show more

Great concept, attractive looking, space saving and mostly easy to use. However, I wish they would make this as a triple bucket (clean reservoir, dry mechanism, rinse reservoir) so it felt cleaner to use. Additionally, the bucket feels a little lop sided with full water almost to the top on one side and the opposite side empty. Also, I would have liked a mop head that was maybe just a touch shorter as it seems like the one side never gets to submerge fully to rinse and because of how the pad is affixed, you can't flip the direction the mop head slides into the bucket. The mop is great for hardwoods and general floors, but the texture of the pads is not big enough to reach into tile grout lines to scrub them clean. The bucket mechanics can be removed for emptying and rinsing the bucket. One annoyance (not a biggie) is that the pads actually have 3 tiny slots that plastic tabs on the mop slide into, so it doesn't slip off during the drying procedure. These are not always super easy to fit on, because the velcro catches during the process. Also, they are only on one side of the pad which means you can't rotate the pads for even use over time. (If they put tabs on both ends that would fix the problem). The rest of the pad is held down by super strong velcro. The mop product is a genius idea, lightweight and fun to use, but could be better with the few changes listed above. I would buy this again, if they re-engineered it with these specs. Please do so and I would love this product so much. If they did this, it would smash the competition. ... show more

I used Swiffer for ten years. I mop once weekly, and it took about ten wet pads to mop my entire house. I was spending 30+ dollars a month on wet pads. After a while, that got expensive and wasteful, and the chemicals started giving me migraines. After researching, I found a few articles about people with pets and kids getting severely sick from walking on the chemicals Swiffer uses. Anyway, I wanted something different. I came across this and loved that I could use whatever I wanted in the bucket. I use hot water and vinegar, so no more migraines, and my kids and pets are safer. The Velcro pad stays on well, even if I use a lot of pressure. I don't have to change the pad in every section of my house or more. I can adjust the "wetness" using the super handy mop bucket. The bucket isn't too heavy even when filled all the way. It's not a flimsy mop. Overall, this was well worth the investment. ... show more

After trying many different "easy mop" things, here is finally a system that is easy to store, easy to handle,-AND gets my wood floors much cleaner. By rinsing and squeezing the mop with each use, you are not just spreading the dirt around. I just feel much better about this.
