The long piece on the top should be assembled in vertical position so that it can swing back and forth as shown in the instruction sheet (see photo 3). But on the mop that I received, it was assembled at the angle (see photo 1). As a result, the top piece cannot be swinged to left. Being an engineer, I decide to correct it by taking out the bolt and re-assemble the long piece in vertical position. Then I found out that the hole's position on the connection piece is too low, and the only way to attach the long piece to the mop head is to position it at an angle. When the long piece in vertical position, the holes on the long piece and the connection piece do not align up. The reason for this, I think, is the design of the two plastic connection pieces (see the last 2 photos). The bottom piece cannot be fully pushed into the top piece (see photo 2). If the bottom piece can be pushed all the way in, the holes position on the connection piece will be higher, then all the holes would line up when the long piece when it is in vertical position. Anyway, it is impossible to assembled it in correct way. So, the product doesn't work. Will return. ... show more
