This model is wider than other products, and that makes a real difference. Easy to use, and does a great job. Spin too many times and it’s not wet enough, so the spin really does work well. Easy to clean when done.

Nice large size and heavy duty mop. The mops needs to be on a swivel so that it doesn't flip upside down when you are mopping. All in all, it is a very good mop. It is better than the more expensive one. We have had both.

My first thoughts were why was this plastic mopping kit packages with minimal cardboard? My first package came broken. The return process is easy of course and I received a replacement before I had a chance to drop the original return. All that aside, the mop is efficient, comes with a replacement head and doesn’t let anything truly stick to the cleaning head while still managing to clean and remove stains. This is also in conjunction with a good cleaning solution. Removing the dirty water is easy without having to flip it over. It comes with a hole at the top that just requires you to tilt it over. My biggest pet peeve come with “breaking it in.” The mop has a swirl handle that allows you to squeeze water out without touching the mop. The problem is that in the beginning, you have to touch the top portion of the mop to get the mechanism working. After mopping my house twice, it finally works as it should. I wish Amazon packaged some packages better but for the price and ease of returns, I’m not mad. I used to have a different, similar system, but I prefer this one. ... show more

This mop is easy to use once you watch a video. It is sturdy. You can apply pressure to scrub a good sized space. I don't have to get my hands all wet over and over. I love the ergonomics of the bucket. And mopping is quicker because of the mop head covers a good amount of space.

Just out of the box. First time using it. Within one minute. First wring and the crucial handle latch broke off the handle! Cheaply made. No way I can even force it back into place and I should not have to. I was all set to really like this mop and write a positive review, but it’s shocking this would happen. There is no quality manufacturing any more. Just cheap overpriced plastic. Disappointed. The bucket seems nice, but I don’t know how long that handle would last. Cannot contact the seller. You have to go outside of Amazon and email or call the manufacturer. What a total waste of my time and energy. Now I have to box it up and return it. Cannot recommend this product or manufacturer. This is a pretty nice mop system. The bucket works well and is easy to wring out the excess water from the mop as well as rinse and pour the dirty water out.     • Mop head absorbs a lot of water and doesn’t spin it out efficiently

It’s easy to use and the mop head is light weight, but the spinner doesn’t spin out enough water, the mop absorbs a lot of water! I had to hand ring. I bought this so that I would not have to touch the mop. I don’t know how well the mop will wash, but before I used it, it was shedding. It does clean well on tile and linoleum, but I have not tried it on hardwood. Once I do, I will revisit and give another update. UPDATE: Because of the condition of the hardwood floor in this old apartment, the mop fibers sometimes folded under the plastic base that holds the mop head. The plastic can easily scratch the floor. It was more difficult to use on hardwood than on tile and linoleum. I watched a video to see if I was doing something wrong. I did get better at using the spin feature and will give it a “B.” But the extended mop handle sometimes slipped down to the lower position while I was mopping and applied too much pressure. In my first review, I mentioned that the mop fibers were shredding before I used the mop. The mop held together with no further shredding while mopping. But to clean, I decided to soak in detergent and peroxide and then rinse. I still rate it a three. But I love the mop bucket, not so much the mop itself. ... show more
