WOW this mop and light weight bucket is a time saver! The mop is very sturdy and easy to set up. I love the ability to have the clean water separated from the dirty water; plus is the scraper removes all the dirt and dust.

First, I love this mop!! However, I've had it for about a year and use it constantly, but the pin holding the rod to the mop head broke. I contacted the company because it has a lifetime warranty. They offered to send me a replacement system because the broken part was not in stock and I didn't want to go on a waiting list. But now, they are "ghosting" me and I've had no response from them for the last several days even after I emailed them asking for an update. I gave 4 stars because it's a great product but their customer service is really bad.

This product is very smart by separating the dirty from clean water. The cleaning job last longer since the water stays clean. The customer service is top notch. I broke the pin holding the pole to the mop. I wrote the manufacturer and I had a replacement in three days. Great customer experience.

This is a great product. When I unpacked the box I thought no way is this "little" bucket container going to clean my floors without having to empty and refill several times. WRONG! This is the easiest, best, product, Little effort to wring and dirty water goes in to a designated compartment. I highly recommend this product.

This is my favorite mop—I’ve actually bought two, one for each house. I love the design and how it separates clean and dirty water. I can actually keep clean water in the clean water compartment for a couple of days without it getting dirty, which saves me from having to dump and refill it every day. It makes cleaning easier and more hygienic. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s not very affordable. For a mop, it’s definitely on the expensive side.

2 years later, I still have this item. It is very functional. Easy to use and it definitely separates the dirty from the clean. I just rewash the mop and keep using it.
