These refurbished Bose Soundsport work perfectly so far. This is my second pair (I lost the first) and my favorite. The sound is amazing. I wish that Bose still made them. I lose the unattached ear buds so do not want to invest what the Bose cost for them.

I have owned a pair of these refurbished headphones now for a year. Unfortunately I can say they are not worth it. At all. Battery power length has been receeding. After receiving I would average about 6-8 hours of use length. I'm currently down to 3 on a good day. Quality? Clearly the people that refurbished them have took them apart to replace/clean things, as they fell apart within a month of owning. I had to glue them back together. The rubber sleeves where the cord attaches to the ear buds has been glued multiple times to keep it in place. The volume dongle thing fell apart and had to be glued, and now a year later the rubber over the buttons is falling apart. The latest "feature" these headphones are displaying is the ability to randomly stop working. The battery levels aren't gone, they say they're connected and control the volume, so the phone says, but they do not transmit sound. Shame really. My first set of these lasted years. Took two tries; first set was a dud: buzzy left earphone, sound quality was garbage, plus something about them just felt "counterfeit." Replacement sounds as good as new. Physically, there are a few signs of wear but by no means are any of the marks pronounced or "unacceptable." They did arrive with a strong silicone smell but that'll fade over the next couple of days. Curious to see how long they last but for now, just happy to get to use my favorite headphones again. ... show more

I strongly recommend avoiding these Bose SoundSport headphones at all costs. I ordered them on March 17th, expecting next-day delivery, but they didn’t arrive until March 24th. Despite calling Amazon three times to cancel, I was stuck waiting. When they finally arrived, I took a quick look out of curiosity—and I was disappointed. The quality looks poor and definitely refurbished. The earbuds are huge and uncomfortable. I immediately put them back in the box and started the return process.
