I rally like the in-ear soft hold of these earphones. By far preferred to the ear pods or over the ear head phones. Perfect for flights. This the second time I purchased this product. My old ones (lasted 9 yrs) could not hold a charge. I use these for travel and sometimes office meetings on my laptop. Great sound and speech quality. The noise cancellation is amazing. For planes I don’t like to constantly sync my bluetooth headphones, so having a wired connection is great. ... show more

    • VERY DISAPPOINTING - item came defective with damaged wire
Item came defective with damaged cable. Realized on very FIRST use that the wire had bad contact with interrupting sound and I had to keep moving the wire to fix the contact. then noticed that the sheath was damaged/cracked at the point of connection btw the wire and the remote, hence the bad contact. Return process also very painful. no return label provided, no seamless experience for return, need to arrange everything by myself. just shipped the product back for return yesterday (from Singapore), cost me 40USD (Amazon only refund up to 20USD if Im not wrong). DHL would have cost me 100USD+... Now praying for the return and refund to eventually be smooth and finalized soon. but conclusion, never again with the Amazon Renewed Store! ... show more

Great noise cancelling, comfortable to wear and the case (while not the one pictured) makes it easy to put in a pocket and take with you. I took a star because the microphone does not filter out background noise when you’re on calls. It picks up everything around you. So if you are just looking for something for listening, these are a great option. But if you will use on calls in a noisy environment, not so much. ... show more

We have had these noise cancellation headphones before, they work great, very comfortable. 1st pair sent, the noise cancellation feature didn’t work, Amazon sent a replacement right away, new set works perfectly. Thanks for the quick response.

My wife and I are avid travelers and many times our flights are long and over night. Since sleep was critical, we purchased our first pairs of these 10-12 years ago. After using them many times, here are the benefits: 1. Excellent battery life. This is true against any Apple ear buds and the Bose over ear head phones. They last ~15-16 hours 2. Compact. They are easy to carry and take up little space 3. Excellent noise cancellation. I wouldn't rate them as high as the over ear Bose, but still excellent. 4. Great music quality too. 5. They plug into airplane entertainment systems 6. They can be charged while in use 7. They have multiple sizes of in-ear pieces to select from and they come with the device.     • If the volume control worked right, I’d like them a lot!
This was a replacement for my older Bose headphones and I wanted to love them but the volume control doesn’t work when using these with my iPad - it is either no sound or all the way loud! (They work fine with my phone and laptop) Frustrating. Normally, the quality is great, very comfortable for my small ears, decent battery life (and I like that they have a cable) ... show more
