I rally like the in-ear soft hold of these earphones. By far preferred to the ear pods or over the ear head phones. Perfect for flights. We have had these noise cancellation headphones before, they work great, very comfortable. 1st pair sent, the noise cancellation feature didn’t work, Amazon sent a replacement right away, new set works perfectly. Thanks for the quick response.

Replacement all around- including the pouch. Battery charges OK enough. It does provide good sound quality however these are a bit pricey given high quality items at reasonable prices in today’s market.

I recently purchased the Bose QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones, and they've been a mixed bag. These headphones do a good job at noise cancellation, which is great for my commutes and office environment. The sound quality is also quite good, delivering clear audio across various music genres. However, there are a few downsides. First, because these are renewed, they came with some minor cosmetic blemishes, which I wasn't expecting. Also, the battery life isn't as robust as I hoped, often needing a recharge sooner than anticipated. Lastly, while the noise cancelling is effective, it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, creating an odd pressure sensation in the ears. ... show more

My wife lost her old noise-cancelling Bose earbuds in a taxi several years ago, and really missed them. She also didn't want Bluetooth as a connection in her ears, but wanted to stay with a wired solution. Lastly, she didn't want an over-the-ears headphone for aesthetic reasons. I saw that the wired, noise cancelling earbuds were no longer available new from Bose, and thought I'd take a chance and get a renewed product. The product arrived quickly and looked brand-new, with a case just like the original case that she had previously. It's good to see such meticulous attention to detail when buying a renewed product.     • Refurbished Noise Canceling…Think Again
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have it already and it wore out. Eventually, it stopped going into noise cancelling and it started peeling apart. So, when I saw this refurbished, I thought why not. Functionality: The headphones did not have noise canceling…so I was disappointed. Sound quality: When I tried to use noise canceling, it buzzed at me and I could not stand that. My other ones used to do that as well. Value for money: If you need wired headphones, it’s okay, but don’t buy them for the noise canceling component. Mine didn’t come with that that worked. ... show more
