Even for refurbished item, it looks and sounds very Excellent conditions. This is my Fiancé 2nd Bose item because the 1st item she had was the same but the buttons were worn out and it could not take control. Thank you for the refurbished item, it came out well.

I cannot believe the poor quality of these refurbished earbuds. The first pair had a 2 hour operation capacity, so I sent them back and asked for replacements. When I received them I had problems with them staying connected, but with some work, I got that fixed. Now, the right side encapsulated electronics has completely separated into two pieces only held together by the internal wiring. And the feedback/screech is horrible. I do not recommend dealing with this product or the supplier.

Seem like new. Wish that Bose would start making these again. They are perfect for sleep and cancelling out my husband’s snoring. Set to Noise Canceling, lie on one side and put in the bud in (so comfy), then when you turn on your other side, flip the other ear bud in, never lose the buds..they are attached!

Dialing in the details of Listening to your Music. It has 3 Selective modes of Volume, Treble and Bass. That's the One for Me every time.

These work well and connect quickly. Sound is good. Fit-not as good as the soundsport wireless Bose. Main issue is the mic. People have a hard time hearing me. They say it’s low and sounds far away. They sit on my neck well but move around a bit when I’m moving. I wouldn’t buy again and I’m a Bose guy.

I had two pair of these that I bought from Bose and they lasted probably a good four or five years of daily use before the battery stopped taking a charge. It's an absolute shame that Bose stopped selling/manufacturing these. No other vendor comes close with the 'wing tip' comfort and fit. The noise-cancellation is insanely good (better than the over-the-ear headphones, even on a plane), and frankly, the sound quality is better than Sennheiser. So I took a chance with this 'renewed' item, and that's just what it is. I doubt they do any serious quality checking. The firmware was seriously outdated (fortunately its easy to update with a Bose phone app) and the bluetooth connection information from the previous owner was still in its memory. So if Bose cannot even clear the memory and update the firmware, what do they do to 'renew' this product or ensure its quality? In any case, it's one of those discontinued products that was so well-designed when it came out (should have bought six more if I knew they would be discontinued) that it's still worth putting up with the insulting quality and price of the 'renewed' model.

I would have given these 3 stars, but After only 7 months of daily use they fell apart. I tired to put it back together and it makes awful noise and is unusable. I expected more from Bose. If all you want is headphones to listen to music, aside from the durability issue I would have given these 5 stars. The noise cancelling worked well and the sound was crisp and clear. However, I give the microphone use 1 star. I constantly got complaints that background noise came through much clearer to extremely loud and that people couldn’t hear my voice. If I was in a quiet room it was fine, but if there was noise in another room people could hear it better than me. I did contact Bose about the quality issue and was told that my warranty period had already expired. They would exchange for a new pair amd give me a discount, but I would that was going to cost me close to another $200. :(
