I recently bought refurbished Bose 700 NC headphones. The first impression when I got the package was of mistrust. The package I received from Amazon was an Amazon box with the headphones case in it, not with the original Bose package. The sound seems to have the standard Bose quality BUT when testing the noise-cancelling feature I realized it wasn't working on the left ear. Searching on the internet and also from the headphones technical sheet, I discovered that the holes for the microphones on the left earplug DON'T EXIST!!! (see the attached image). This headphones originally by design have multiple microphones on both earplugs, capturing the sound on different directions in order to cancel the outside noise. This is a completely scam, I know that they are refurbished but they should be the same as the original product. Also, the seller doesn't mention anything related to this issue. ... show more

Great product and good noise cancelling but the buttons are super sensitive and there seems to be hidden controls for pausing and volume and a reminder of what your battery is like. Good for sitting on a plane or something but not so much if you're gonna be active. Still 5/5 bc it's a great product even if I have petty complaints ... show more

I was excited to get these headphones at the renewed price! They were in outstanding condition and came with the case and accessories. The issue I had with them was that when I first received them, I had a lot of trouble with the Bluetooth connection going in and out, I contacted the seller, and they graciously sent me a replacement pair. I had the same issue with the replacement pair... after a lot of research I found out that the Beats app on my Samsung phone was causing the interference with the Bluetooth connection. Once I uninstalled the Beats app and restarted my phone there were no more issues. I have not had any issues since. Love the sound and the noise cancelling feature. ... show more

I received one pair of these (refurbished) and it simply would not connect to my phone at all -- even though both Bose and Samsung said they were compatible. Amazon shipped out a second refurbished pair and these are excellent! I always thought that this was the best looking of the Bose headphones and I am very happy to have them now. This pair connected immediately to the Bose app; and allowed me to dial in the settings that I wanted. I was able to download the product manual from the Bose site. This refurbished pair is in excellent condition and came with everything but the instruction manual. Great deal and very nice headphones. A cute touch: when these were connecting to my phone, the Bose site found them -- not as Bose 700, but "Bose Lovely". ... show more

These headphones have great range, sound clarity and very stylish and sleek design. One thing that was frustrating at first was learning controls with no buttons. You slide your finger over the right ear cup to control play/pause, volume and track selection. Once I realized what I was doing I really liked the simplicity. These are great if you have a smaller head because of the design of the headband. These are the only pair if headphones I’ve tried where the smallest headband setting was too small for me.
