My team had to relocate from our main office building to a coworking space for one year, and this was the one purchase that I made for every member of the team. We had desks that were right next to each other without cubicle dividers, and I was amazed at how well these worked. The sound quality is excellent, but more imprtantly the microphones do a fantastic job of isolating the wearer during Teams calls. I would have someone sitting right next to me on a different call, and we never heard the other individual getting picked up by our headphones. The size and fit are both exellent and easily adjustable. We used the included usb adapter for easy connectivity, but I also use the bluetooth connection with my phone and laptop when I travel. These are great headphones. One thing that I did learn though is that if you are flying and the volume seems low, you need to use the touch volume controll on the right ear cup to increase the in-device volume. My other favorite travel hack is to pair these with an AirFly unit to get wireless audio on the airplane. I am very happy with the purchase and have since picked up an extra pair for my wife to use. I received one pair of these (refurbished) and it simply would not connect to my phone at all -- even though both Bose and Samsung said they were compatible. Amazon shipped out a second refurbished pair and these are excellent! I always thought that this was the best looking of the Bose headphones and I am very happy to have them now. This pair connected immediately to the Bose app; and allowed me to dial in the settings that I wanted. I was able to download the product manual from the Bose site. This refurbished pair is in excellent condition and came with everything but the instruction manual. Great deal and very nice headphones. A cute touch: when these were connecting to my phone, the Bose site found them -- not as Bose 700, but "Bose Lovely". ... show more

My headset was good for 9 months. Then it completely stopped working. Battery fully charged would disconnect suddenly as if was dead. Loosing connection, all bad things. Happended upon normal usage. I am sad, because product was good and loved the quality, until simple stopped working. So dont know if this is bose or because it was refurbished or because 9 months have passed.
