Update: it took only a couple of days to hear back from the customer service and they were so supportive of resolving the issue for me. If you are in the verge of purchasing, I would recommend it. The customer service will be there if anything goes wrong with it. The treadmill started making random and consistent noise while it’s on since a few days ago. The alarm/noise is similar to notification alerts for texts on the phone (but three different types of noise). It rings every 30 seconds or so now, which is really annoying…I contacted the seller hoping they can help me resolve the issue. Smaller treadmill, takes less room. Works fine for home use. The belt has no padding like the bigger machines. It does have Bluetooth speakers, but they are kinda useless.

1. The user's manual is simple yet complex in certain areas. 2. Not that easy to take out of box; requires to people. 3. Once it put together, read and re-read the manual because some things are not easy to understand. 4. Yes, it's easy to fold which is the best thing about it. 5. I have heard a "squeaking noise" coming from it that I plan to address with the vendor soon. 6. First box came all torn up , metal bent, hot mess. Don't blame the seller but FED EX. Did an Amazon refund and seller was on top of it. They gave me a new one and sent it within 5 days. GREAT customer service. Treadmill was great, easy to put together, folds nicely, light weight but sturdy. My son is 250 pounds and it handles him well. Very happy with item. Its pretty heavy so if you plan to put it upstairs have help as it's basically all in one piece. Assembly is easy. The directions are fairly easy to follow, some of its in broken English though. I had to take the machine apart because there was a grinding noise. It ended up just being a plastic cover that fell off and was rubbing on the belt.
