The media could not be loaded. I dislike that the screen is made out of plastic, which makes sense for the price. The beep is a tad bit loud when you start to pedal. Ian 60yrs old and I had no problem assembling the bike. I have arthritis in my hands and was concerned. But no problem. Easy to get on and ride. The computer won’t work properly yet and their instructions on how to work just don’t help. All in all a great buy
