    • Revised review: Outstanding Customer Service to Resolve a Product Issue
I am leaving my previous review in to clarify the issue I originally had. On Dec.13th the vendor reached out via email to offer resolution. On Dec. 16th I received a replacement battery case. This is outstanding customer service and a great credit to the company. They also stated their intent to stand being the new case warranty as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND THE VENDOR!! *************************************************** I Purchased this battery case for an iPhone 8 on August 1, 2021. I was very careful to install the phone into the case per directions to avoid any kind of side loading on the case lightning plug. The only time the case lightning port has been used it’s just daily plugging in the charging cable. In spite of that care, on November 20 the case would not except a charge. When I removed the case, carefully, and plugged the lightning cable into the phone directly, the phone accepted the charge readily as it should. I contacted Amazon customer service and told them that the battery case had essentially failed. I was told that the 90 day warranty for the case expired at the end of October, so the case was no longer under warranty. So, essentially I have a battery case with a 90 day warranty that failed 20 days after the warranty expired! When I examined the case it was obvious that the internal lightning plug on the case that mated with the phone was loose and wobbling. Apparently, this set up an intermittent connection that would not conduct properly. Given that the phone was installed carefully and properly and the only stress that the battery case lightning port saw was just daily insertion and removal of the charging cable, I can only conclude that the lightning port design of this case is very fragile. AVOID THIS CASE! ... show more

    • Very handy product AND great customer service!
My wife and I both have 2nd gen iphone SEs. I bought her one of these chargers and was very impressed with how easy it is to use and how HELPFUL it is for getting that timely charge when you need it! I ordered one for my phone and out of the gate it didn’t work properly. It would start to charge my phone but then a minute later, I’d look and it had stopped. The best it would do is charge 10-20% or so and then stop. I emailed the seller to ask if they had any ideas about what to do. In two days they emailed back and said they would ship me a new one, same color, and that I did NOT have to send the one I had back to them. They also told me that the new one they send me would a 12 month warranty. Email communication was very friendly and professional. The new one they sent arrived today! Handy product and great service! ... show more

    • Not great. Good enough for limited emergency power.
Color: Black
Quickly runs out of battery. Sometimes won’t charge when plugged in. Never did a great job charging and phone gets super hot when it is charging.

    • Good Product But Doesn't Last
Review Image by Mister Bookman

This product is one of several battery cases with similar capabilities (and similar prices), but from a durability standpoint some are not reliable. This is one of these long-term "unreliables." For months or perhaps a year or more, this one performs as advertised. But after a while the charging port becomes distorted, allowing the charging cord to move back and forth, thereby causing the battery not to charge or else to stop charging if the phone and case are moved slightly. Too, the charging cord is not an Apple accessory and may prompt error messages stating that the cable is not an approved accessory. On the plus side, this is not an expensive battery case, and will do what it claims to do. ... show more

    • Great
I can’t say enough about this case. Got it in December. The other night I got it wet so I said I may as well just order another one because this one is broken. Ordered it and it turns out this one continue to work, six months now. However, I got the new one in the mail and this time it came with a charger and a screen protector. I can’t say enough about this charger and the company. Before this I always paid $100 for the Apple charger and they only worked For a year, so this is amazing. I highly highly recommend this charging case. so far has been very reliable seems to have a long battery charge is able to bring my phone back up to 100 a couple times a day. ... show more

    • Mixed Success
Color: Black
I'm on my third one of these cases. First one lasted for years, but finally broke. Second one only lasted a couple of months before it stopped working and would no longer charge the phone. Decided to try again, and hoping the third one will last a bit longer.

    • Best battery case for your phone.
Best charger case. I have purchased 3 times for a phone I have since 2018 (IPhone SE) . This case helps to not degrade your phone charging port. The case’s port will eventually degrade as well though making it harder to get a connection, and the battery will eventually deplete faster, but I’ve gotten years worth of battery life just with each case. Protects the phone very well. Very sturdy material but feels great to the touch. A 5 out of 5 product. Will purchase the next version when this phone kicks the bucket. ... show more
