If you're looking for a backpack that's not big and bulky, but functional enough to carry everything you want and make you look good while wearing it then you've found the right product. All the zippers work great on this sleek product and it has another zipper for expandability should you need it. The front is made of nice soft leather while the opposite side that fits against your back has a raised cushion type material that provides excellent comfort and support. On this same side that fits against your back there is a strap that has a dual purpose. First, you can use the strap to fit it over the handle of a larger piece of rolling luggage if you chose not to wear it on your back while in the airport. Secondly, underneath this strap is a concealed zippered pouch that is very secure and large enough to hold your phone, wallet, passport and other small personal items. The design and attention to detail is outstanding! On the right side of the backpack is a place to plug in to either a USB-A or USB-C port to charge your phone or other device because you can keep a portable power bank in the provided pouch on the inside of the backpack in the same area that contains the outside USB-A and USB-C ports I just mentioned above. This is very convenient and helpful. The inside compartment where you would put your laptop and/or tablet is soft as velvet and it also has some straps to help hold it in place. I like the bag design and superior quality. There is good padding which keeps the laptop safe and comfortable while carrying. My 15.6 inch MacBook pro fits comfortably. Also, the bag is within the personal item size requirement for all airlines and light weight. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I took this back pack on a 3 day trip to Portugal, I was able to fit everything I needed. It does get a little heavy to be walking all day with it, the backpack empty is 3lb, so after you add a few things I was walking around with 9lb. The breathability in the summer in Europe was non existent. My whole back was sweaty and my shoulders at the end of the day were tired. But I think it has great padding. If they will get rid of the water bladder area, the backpack will have a lot more space. Keeping the backpack organize was great, it has enough compartment for everything you need while traveling, keeping your passport safe, it attached to my carry on. The water bottle area was large enough. The zippers seem very durable, I was in London as well and in a few places in England and I didn’t tested it in the rain this summer, but my only major complain is that it got extremely hot in my back. Everything else about this backpack is great. I use it on daily based for the office, they provide you with a cable and a little packing container that now I use for cables and is amazing to keep me organize. As a daily backpack for work is great, perfect for documents and laptop. I haven’t tested it in the winter, but I guess it will keep my back warm. I hope. It connected very well to my power bank battery from Anker. The looks are great. I also tested it traveling to NYC and again it got hot, but I was able to fit thing I needed for a 3 days weekend trip. I highly recommend to use packing cubes. The cubes plus this backpack makes you be on top of your game when packing light. As I said, is not a perfect backpack because the temperature it generates when walking around when fully pack while traveling, only for this reason is that I can’t give it a 5 stars. I will keep looking for that great backpack for trips, but for work is when is not fully loaded, is great and the overheating problem in the back doesn’t happen. Right down to the packaging you can tell a lot of care goes into this product. It feels hard shelled and like it would actually protect a laptop. Love the sleek black look and comfortable to wear. Lots of organization options so small stuff doesn’t get lost in the deep pockets.
