These are great, my only complaint is that the highest weight resistance doesn’t feel as tight as another brand I bought on amazon. They’re both advertised to be the same weight, but this one is obviously less. Nonetheless, I use these daily at the gym, and they work great.

These workout bands are very durable and thick, so gives pretty good resistance during your workouts. They are not as stretchy as some other bands I've used before, so it's important to know where to place the band when you are using it for the best workout (It comes with a little instruction guide so you can follow the pictures). It’s been on my mind to buy the resistance band. I was looking for a perfect stretchable and good quality resistance band from a long time then I encountered with whitecloudz band. This product is value for money if you are doing excersize daily as it benefited me a lot. This resistance band is pretty durable and stretch fast.     • NOT ENOUGH STRETCH
The material of this product does NOT have enough stretch. I find only the light band to be kind of useful for doing my exercise. I brought these exercise bands because I got tired of the rubber ones popping on me. These bands should have cost only $7.00. I like the stretch of the rubber bands much better. I'd like to try a different brand of cloth exercise bands, just to see the difference. I will try to get some for free. We shall see how well that goes because folks do not want to give anybody anything for free these days. ... show more

So these are great resistance bands! I have added them into my daily workout! Especially for any lower body exercises these feel a lot better I like them so much better than the rubber ones! You get 3 in a pack and they even added a little book so you can try one different exercises with them. So in all I love them! ... show more

These Bands are amazing! They come in 3 different sizes which helped me do different types of workouts in the comfort of my own home. I also have a 9 month old baby and I was able to incorporate her into some of my workouts with these bands. Buy them, you won’t regret it! :)
