  • Incredible quality for the budget price!
Used for a few months now and they are perfect for their super cheap price. Not the best audio quality for listening to music, but plenty clear enough for audiobooks, podcasts, and phone calls. Mic quality seems great too from what people tell me on the phone. Super durable too. I lost them for a few days only to discover they had been on the ground outside during a weekend of severe thunderstorms. I picked them up, made sure they were dry and dusted off, and they still worked like they were new! Being able to charge via USB C is super convenient too. That was one reason I picked these over others. You likely already have plenty of charging options and should you lose one they are cheap and easy to replace, unlike others. Sometimes I do wish they could be louder, but that is an extremely rare thought, and you can always use earplugs to make it easier to hear these headphones (and it came with some free earplugs included!). The playback control button does great too. Let's me keep my phone in a safe place while I just tap the side of my head to pause, resume, skip, or bring up the voice assistant. These are not audiophile devices, but for the price I really don't think there's much better out this style of headphones. ... show more

  • Bone Conduction Headphones
The media could not be loaded. My experience with regular earbuds has been that they tend to fall out during intensive exercises; however, these headphones do not move about at all, regardless of how much I move. Due to the fact that the design is so lightweight and comfy, I often forget that I am wearing them. While I was out for lengthy runs, I did not experience any pain or ear fatigue while wearing them. My amazement was caused by the sound quality. It was my concern that bone conduction technology may result in a tinny or muffled sound, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this is not the case at all. In spite of the fact that it is not the same as through-the-ear headphones, the sound is crisp and lively. There is a possibility that bass enthusiasts may find it deficient in that particular area, but it is more than enough for podcasts, audiobooks, and the majority of music genres. As someone who often finds themselves running in metropolitan areas, it is essential for my safety that I be aware of my surroundings. Through the use of these headphones, I am able to listen to music while also being able to hear traffic, other pedestrians, and any risks. In other words, it's like having the best of both worlds: my favorite songs and the ability to be aware of the circumstances. ... show more

  • They work extremely well for the price!
I have one of the original Shokz models- so I am fully qualified to review the difference. For the price, these are incredibly useful, and the build quality exceeded my expectations by a long shot. What are they good for? Audiobooks, and light music, as well the occasional binaural beats/isochronic tones - they all sound about how you'd expect from a less expensive alternative to the models by Shokz brand. But to be clear: even the Shokz brand are not headphones for a true audiophile! They allow for distortion, and far less tonal range than any other type of headphone. So, for this brand to do almost as well is pretty amazing. ... show more

  • Bought 3 different times, all 3 broke. Done with this brand.
Between mid-January 2025 to now (mid-May 2025), I've purchased these headphones three times. The first pair stopped working after about 3 weeks (simply wouldn't power on even after charging overnight). I returned them and received a replacement. The second pair lasted about a month, and then the left-side conductor stopped working, so they were returned. The third pair seemed really good. But they only lasted two months (past the return window), they began randomly disconnecting while I was using them, and then the power switch stopped working. When they're brand new and working, they're pretty good, although I always had to keep the headphones and my laptop volume controls at MAX in order to be able to hear podcasts while jogging on my treadmill. I'll probably look for another brand, as I like the bone conduction style but I'm just not gonna spend $100+ for Shokz. ... show more

  • Great Value
My partner bought these for the gym, so I was able to test his before buying a set for myself. I've only worn them to the gym once, but so far I really like being able to hear without having to remove an earbud. I did have to turn up the volume significantly in order to hear my music over the ambient noise of the gym, but it didn't bother me. Wearing them around the house works great as I don't need to jack up the volume to hear the music, and I can hear everything around me without any interruption, better than the "hear-thru" feature of my Jabra Elite 3s. A great intro to using bone-conduction for only $20 USD. Agree with other reviewers that the fit isn't perfect, but is only an issue if you're leaning back against something. So might not be great for traveling, where you'd have a headrest to contend with. I saw a few reviews where quality was short-lived, so I'll update my review if the quality takes a dive. ... show more

  • Pleasantly Surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of these headphones, especially given the low price. I bought them out of curiosity because I was interested in the bone conduction technology. I have no way of measuring them I suspect the bone conduction parts behave much like subwoofers and the earbuds reproduce all the frequencies above that. Regardless, they sound very good. The band between them runs behind the listener's head and the instructions recommend pulling the back of the band up as high as is comfortable, which presses the bone conduction parts against the bones behind the listener's ears. ... show more
