Bought this to hang up a key holder and secure some door stops to the ground without drilling into tile. After two weeks of heavy use both the key holder and door stops are right where I stuck them. After trying several types of "super strong" tape to keep the door stops down, including the same tape that holds my carpets in place, I am impressed. Door stops are being used to keep both a trash and recycle can from sliding too far under counter and get banged into multiple times a day. I original used this tape to attach a switch box (to house a gate remote) to an outside carport steel beam. It is exposed to the elements (not much direct sunlight), and is still solid after a year. Later I used this tape to affix sew-on velcro strips to a vinyl banner, to attach to an exterior tent used only on weekends. I needed double-sided tape to fix a piece of trim on my car. So I looked for this and it is wider than most tape. II put two pieces down and the trim sticks better than it did from the show room.
