The item came shipped with two issues: 1) Missing Handle 2) Incorrectly drilled leg, so wheel cannot be attached. Once assembled, the bar cart looks good and is very functional. The manufacturer needs to step up quality control since one part was missing, and one part was damaged. The instructions are very clear and parts labeled nicely as well. There is no phone support (email only). The promised turn around time is 24 hrs on the support email, so we'll see if my issues are resolved promptly and professionally. UPDATE. Service Department responded well within the 24 time, and they were very professional. Because parts were not available, they are shipping a replacement set free of charge. ... show more

Two of the wheels/legs would not screw in properly. With the tiny little wrench it was also almost impossible to remove them. They were threaded properly and the other two wheels/legs were fine. I tried to get replacement parts from Amazon but they can only do a full replacement which I don't want to do when it's only the legs/wheels that were defective. It works fine otherwise, but part of the fun with a bar cart is having it on wheels, otherwise I could've just bought a shelf. ... show more
