This is the coolest looking chandelier, but the problem is - the light "cans" on the metal stick simply aren't aligned (and no, they're not adjustable)! It does take some effort to mount it, and then when you're finally done, you take a couple steps back to look at it - and the lights are all crooked. This is the way it comes from the factory, which is a shame. It still looks great and gives a lot of light. I'm very happy that BOKT finally started supplying WARM WHITE bulbs instead of COOL WHITE like they did in the past, I really appreciate that. Another big improvement over the BOKT products I bought in the past is they finally started cutting a clean and strong thread on the light shades, so now it's quite easy to remove and put back the shades, in the past when you remove a shade and put it back 1-2 times, the thread was toast. But still the quality and alignment could be better. Another problem is, some of the threaded connectors in the rods are too tight from the factory, and it's really hard to get them out (to fish wires or modify height) without damaging the threat, and the finish on the rod, have to use locking plyers or some kind of channel locks to unscrew those. Finally, the ceiling base is much bigger than the mounting plate, and will deform and bend on all 4 sides, creating gaps between the plate and the ceiling when all 4 screws are tight. It's a nice light if you have the time and desire to struggle with it a little, and if you're not a perfectionist, because those misaligned cans WILL bother you BIG TIME. ... show more

Light worked perfectly for my space. I had an off center electrical box and this light design completely solved the issue. I absolutely love it. There were only 2 downsides to this product: 1) The directions were terrible. The images were so faded, that they were useless. This is perfect for those who put things together with out looking at directions😉. Secondly, the light bulbs were hard to screw in since they sat almost completely flush with the light cover. We had to get suction cups, stick them to the light bulb and screw them in that way. However, I am completely satisfied with the finished product. I have designer lamps in my house foscarini, flos, tom dixon, j. adler, and this lamp is magic does an excellent design job for a price that is a gift everyone is amazed to see it and they think it cost me at least 3000 dollars you just have to put it in the right place so that it can shine Well and take advantage of the installation it cost me 150 dollars with a professional electrician, it has another detail that at a glance you cannot see that they are the containers of led bulbs, they do not fit exactly squares and the light is cozy, it is not a very strong light, it is a shame That the light can not be graduated but for the price and the general appearance I am going to give it 5 stars, this lamp costs less than what a replacement cable costs, something like 400 dollars, just the cable and nobody believes me when I comment that I Amazon brought it ... show more

(Based in USA, my beef is with "dimmable" function) This review may only be 1/2 useful if you do not plan to dim the lights.... I do not recall ever having submitted a 1-star review, but I also do not recall ever being so unsatisfied with a product. The fixture arrived in several pieces and I (someone with a moderate amount of electrical and home improvement experience) was frustrated by how much effort it took to connect the various rods with poorly-carved threads ,and fish the appropriate wires through them. Seriously....it was like assembling a ship in in a bottle. Despite my best efforts, each of the main visual lines (comprised of several smaller rods screwed together) seems crooked. After installing it, both the light fixture and the switch in the electrical panel would buzz loudly when the lights were activated. The bulbs would also flash like they were working at a 90s european rave if the lights were dimmed. Having my electrical panel buzz was concerning and I wanted dimmable function, so I had an electrician come out and inspect my work. He said everything seemed ok, but the light fixture was not designed for dimmable bulbs. I got a different set of dimmable bulbs incase the chinese ones that comes with it were the problem. I also tried some non-LED ones and had the same problem. In the end, I would prefer to write a bad review for the fixture I will soon throw away rather than accept any sort of bribe from the seller. ... show more

I LOVE this fixture!!! It is a huge update to the off centered ceiling fan that was there originally. This fixture is very sleek and modern although it's a track light. I didn't use any of the extensions for this, the grey wall is 48in wide and this fits perfectly centered which makes me extremely happy! It looks like it was meant for this space. Also, the lights ARE adjustable! That was something I wondered before purchasing. The right bar with the 2 lights will both point wherever you adjust them since they are on ther same bar. ... show more

Great for the price, needs some quality control. The welded "light cups" are not welded straight. Its the only part that cannot be manually adjusted. bummer. Have to live with it . The instructions are terrible, but one can figure out what is going on. One misleading part was the height from the ceiling. Wayyyy to long.with the 2 rods. Would be hanging at your head level. Thankfully it worked with taking one of the vertical tubes out. Overall looks great for the price. ... show more
