I have low back pain and sciatica. This works amazing! Makes you sleepy though so only take at night. If you need something during the day, use a topical St. Johns Wort oil. The brand I use is Florida Herbal Pharmacy, St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) Oil 3.4 oz (100 ml). My only beef with this Borion product is that it tells you that if you need to use it for more than 3 days, stop using it and contact your doctor....But they give you 3 bottles of it with a total of 240 pellets so I am a little confused by that. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. The product itself is 5 stars. I am going to ask my naturopath if it is okay to take regularly. ... show more
