It had everything we needed to visit our court and dive into the game Four paddles included were nice to include everyone. The paddles are very beginner friendly. This is a great set for both beginners and intermediate players. The paddles are sturdy and have a good weight to them. The additional tape is nice to have after playing a few rounds. The balls are same as you would get anywhere else on amazon. Overall this is a good value for what you get

    • Durable and resonsive
I play with a group of guys that are definitely rookies. We are fiercely dedicated, but not all that good. One guy in particular, makes up for his lack of finesse by beating the heck out of the ball. And these balls hold up to him. We've been playing late into the season, in colder weather, when the balls tend to get stiffer and crack more easily. So far, these balls have help up to us (him). We're also finding that while the balls perform as expected in moderate weather (responsive & true) they perform very well in colder weather when some balls tend to go dead. We got this set for our college age daughter and her friends to play pickleball at school this semester. The colors of the paddles and the addition of the two different sized balls were really nice for a beginner pickleball set.
