I used this while on my trip in Greece and had no issues with chafing. All I needed was one application of it most days then I was good to go. Normally I would use deodorant which I would need to reapply and I would still have red marks.

Body glide is a must have for runners, hikers, walkers, ect. Chaffe happens, but when used, body glide prevents the bleeding, irritation, and burn that comes with chaffe.
