I love my elliptical. I use it weekly while listening to audio and within 20 minutes I have built up a good sweat and feel my whole body has engaged in exercise.     • Decent value for money. Stride length mentioned is not accurate (in reality it is 13", NOT 16")
CONS I ordered this product mainly because it stated that the stride length is 16". Upon assembling it and measuring it, I realized that the stride length is 13". There are other products available for a 13" stride length at a cheaper price point. This makes it an issue for someone taller. If you are shorter than say 5'3", then this wouldn't matter greatly. My insight into this is that the stride length should be similar to your natural stride length when you walk. The shorter length is putting more pressure on my knees. PROS The assembly was quite easy. My wife and I were able to put it together by ourselves in 2 hours. The instructions were easy to follow and all the components were categorized neatly. The product is a modest value for money. It's cheap enough to be the first purchase in this category. I feel that my wife & I will outgrow this product within 6 months. By then we will have gotten into the habit of exercising regularly and then we will be able to upgrade to a better product. The build quality is decent. Seems sturdy enough. We haven't used it extensively yet. We'll know as time passes. OVERALL If you are not tall and want to starter product, go for it. ... show more

I’m glad I had my son to help me assemble. Instructions were clear and everything was marked but it was nice that the two of us could get it done quickly. One of the bolts and nuts on the pedal assembly were damaged which didn’t allow the nut to screw on. The bolt screwed in and the equipment was functional but the nut was extra safety. I called the manufacturer number on the back of the assembly instructions and explained the situation. She took my contact info and mailed out the parts that same day with an email and tracking number. Great customer service and I love the elliptical machine! I would highly recommend. It’s a great machine and works great. Putting it together was easy as the guidelines are clear and easy. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because it does a squeaking sound while working on it. It’s not that bad but I’d rather without it. I even bought another one for a friend!

    • Very Nice Product!
I received my machine on 04/26/2019. I assembled it the next day. The first thing I will say is that the machine was very nicely packaged. The outside packaging was good and sturdy, and everything was tightly and neatly packed inside. Assembly took about 2 hours (did it myself). Normally putting this kind of stuff together frustrates me, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this item. Yes there were a lot of steps to the assembly, but all of the parts and hardware were clearly labeled, and the instructions were well written and were easy to follow. The machine is very quiet and works flawlessly. I wish the stride was a tad longer, but that is a very minor detail. This is a solid machine, and I am sure that it will give me years of healthy exercise! If you're looking for a good elliptical, and you're on a budget like me, consider this machine. Other than the elliptical coming with a broken piece, it’s okay for home use. It shakes side to side a bit when using it, so I put a yoga mat underneath to protect my floors. I thought other reviewers were exaggerating that it took four hours to assemble, but it really did. The instructions are easy to follow by picture and the hardware is all laid out on well labeled cards. But receiving a broken piece is frustrating. There was a bright yellow flyer in the box insisting that if parts are broken or missing, to contact the company directly. I emailed the address listed. No response a month later. Wish I ordered a different brand. UPDATE: 6 weeks later, still haven’t received the part. Emailed multiple times, finally got a response requesting my receipt but nothing since. The instructions to put this together was great.. all parts were sealed so no missing parts.. moderately easy to put together.. I really like the machine..it does squeak a little though.not as quiet as I would like but tolerable. I’m 70 so I have it on the least resistance and it gives me a good workout.. overall, I’m very happy .. ... show more
