I have a ton of back problems. This devices helps a lot with those deep hard to reach knots that you just need to get to but can't. I love how it can get under the shoulder blades, that's where I carry all my tension. This can definitely be a life savers on some days.

When you’re by yourself and can’t reach a spot that might be achy or has a knot, this works really well. You could also pinpoint the area to show someone because the range of motion allows you to. Whether you need to scratch your back or massage a sore spot this is very helpful

I was very excited to try this and see if it could relieve some of my pain. I have very intense trigger points and chronic pain that can sometimes wake me up or prevent me from sleeping. This seems to increase some of my range of motion and loosen my muscles up a little bit. My only complaint is that the neck and low back seem to need a lot of work from my wrists and hands. As a massage therapist, I have very tired and overworked hands and wrists and this sometimes inflames them, especially since I need to pull very hard on the hook to dig it into my neck or low back. I bought this Body Back Buddy tool after using it at a friend's place - it got the knots out of my back and I had to have it. Upon delivery, I was disappointed to find that my tool was not nearly as smooth as the one I had used at my friend's place. In fact, there was a join-seam that ran right through the middle of each "ball" that you use to put pressure on your muscles. As a result, I'm okay using it on bare skin but am weary to use it while clothed for fear of destroying my shirts. ... show more
